Dhruv Adhia
Technologist and entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI, wearable computing, and human health. As Co-Founder and CEO of Prana Labs, Dhruv leads the development of Vayu, the AI-guided breathwork and biofeedback platform used by 65,000+ people to regulate their nervous systems in real time.
After experiencing metabolic and stress-related health challenges firsthand, Dhruv turned to breath-based self-regulation and data-informed experimentation for recovery. That lived experience, the frustration of invisible symptoms, the power of measurable physiological change, drives every decision at Vayu. The mission is simple: give people a real-time window into their own nervous system and the tools to shift it.

Under his leadership, Prana Labs has secured NRC IRAP funding, joined the NVIDIA Inception program, and been accepted into the NEXT AI 2026 cohort, Canada's premier applied AI accelerator.
The Vayu platform, built under Dhruv's technical vision, has demonstrated a 28.6% median HRV improvement in a 199-participant pilot study conducted in partnership with Simon Fraser University's Metacreation Lab (supported by NRC IRAP). The research is currently in review at the Human Factors journal.
Dhruv is a co-inventor on patent application USPTO #63/927,462 covering real-time HRV biofeedback delivery via consumer wearables.
