A regulation practice that fits between classes.
Teaching staff, professional staff and students. Two minutes before a lecture, before an exam, or after a difficult meeting with a parent. Vayu runs on the phone everyone already has, and you can deploy it to a department, a faculty, or the whole campus.
A wellbeing tool for stress and focus. Not counselling, and not a substitute for your student support service.

Two audiences, one deployment
Staff and students have different days and different stressors. The protocol differs, the deployment doesn't.
Vayu is a stress and relaxation practice. It is not counselling, not therapy, and not a mental health service. A student who needs support should be routed to your service, and we ask that the app is introduced alongside that route rather than in place of it. We will write the referral wording with your wellbeing lead before launch.
Bring Vayu to your institution
Most institutions start with staff in one department, then extend to students the term after.
One-department pilot
Up to 25 staff for a term, free. We run onboarding in an existing staff meeting and report at the end of the pilot.
Term protocol
Built around the academic calendar: term start, assessment weeks, results, and the run-up to breaks. Intensity moves with the year rather than sitting flat.
Campus-wide student access
Codes issued through the student portal or by your wellbeing service. Redemption counts only. No student's usage or data reaches the institution.
Safeguarding and privacy review
Where under-18s are in scope the questions change. We will sit with your safeguarding, DPO and IT leads and answer the review before you commit.
Champions in each faculty
A few volunteers per faculty get early access and a short briefing to run with colleagues. Adoption travels through people, not all-staff email.
Existing wellbeing budget
Fund it from a staff wellbeing fund, a student experience budget, or an existing benefits platform, so it does not need a new line mid-year.
What the first term looks like
Seats provisioned, protocol drafted with your wellbeing lead, referral wording agreed, comms pack handed over.
Ten minutes in an existing staff meeting, champions briefed, first sessions running that day.
Timings moved to where participation landed, and assessment-week protocols switched on.
Participation, engagement and aggregate recovery trends, with a recommendation on whether to extend to students.

Start with one department.
Thirty minutes with you and a wellbeing lead. We look at the academic calendar, draft the protocol, agree the referral wording, and set what the first term should report back.
